Grace is an experienced nutrition and feeding therapist who is dedicated to supporting the nutritional and emotional well-being of children and families. She emphasizes the child-caregiver relationship through developmentally appropriate feeding skill interactions. She has a background in clinical nutrition and behavioral health, specializing in working with individuals and families experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating patterns, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions through a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming lens. Her approach is rooted in evidenced-based nutrition therapy, intuitive eating, health-at-every-size, and motivational interviewing toward developing a healthier relationship with food, body, and self.
